Duties & Responsibilities
Secretariat Responsibilities:
- Serve as the secretariat for both internal and external meetings, including recording minutes and preparing presentations.
- Organize and facilitate management meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely closure of follow-up actions.
Training Development Responsibilities:
- Manage the development of course-ware requested by clients, ensuring 100% compliance with training requirements.
- Regularly review and update Authorized Operating Materials (AOM), such as lesson plans and Range Standing Orders, to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Review and update various Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including the Range Operations Manual and Safety SOPs.
- Develop Safety Assessment Reports (SAR) for any new implementations related to existing range systems.
- Review and update the Trainfire Matrix as needed.
- Provide event forecasting to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all safety protocols within the complex comply with SAF guidelines, Training Safety Regulations, and Range Standing Orders.
- Lead a team of Range Operators, supporting daily range operations.
- Strategize and implement competency training for Range Operators to effectively perform their roles.
- Monitor and report on various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop terms of reference for various appointment holders, such as Duty Managers and Range Operators.
- Represent the company in various internal and external audits and inspections.

Skills & Experience
- Military Experience: Former SAF Commissioned Officer or Warrant Officer, with a minimum rank of MWO or CPT.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in SAF Weapon Technical Handling, Authorized Operating Materials (AOMs), and Army Safety Management.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
