Join Secure Logistics Services (SLS) and be part of a team shaping the future of logistics and security operations. As a transformation leader, you will drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and quality initiatives that enhance performance, efficiency, and customer outcomes. Working across the business, you'll identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and deliver meaningful change that makes a real impact.

Fix What Others Accept: Identify and resolve inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and operational pain points before they escalate, driving improvements in productivity, service quality, cost efficiency, and customer experience.
Protect The System: Own and strengthen SLS's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ISO frameworks while promoting a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Solve Complex Operational Problems: Lead investigations into operational incidents, customer complaints, and process failures, identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and preventing recurrence.
Turn Data Into Action: Develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reports to track operational performance, project progress, productivity improvements, and business risks, translating data into actionable insights and informed decision-making.
Drive Transformation: Lead Lean Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives, designing and implementing sustainable solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
Safeguard Transformation Success: Provide transformation assurance across strategic initiatives by ensuring effective governance, risk management, benefit tracking, operational readiness, and successful adoption of improvements into business-as-usual operations.
Build Future Problem Solvers: Coach managers and frontline teams on Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies to build long-term organisational capability.

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Quality Management, or a related discipline. Candidates with equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional improvement or transformation initiatives and delivering measurable productivity, cost-saving, or operational benefits.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action management.
  • Strong stakeholder management, project leadership, and change management capabilities.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
