Duties & Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Development & Growth 

  • Lead strategic business development initiatives, including new market entry, new service offerings, and solution led growth opportunities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritise new business opportunities through market research, feasibility assessment, and competitive analysis.
  • Own customer value propositions and lead senior level solution presentations to secure commercial buy in and long term partnerships.
  • Oversee marketing strategies and budgets to ensure initiatives are aligned with growth priorities and approved commercial objectives. 

2. Ops Technology & Solution 

  • Lead Ops Technology and solution architecture initiatives to enable scalable, innovative services.
  • Translate business and client requirements into end‑to‑end solution designs, system roadmaps, and delivery plans, own architectural decisions, and drive continuous optimisation and risk mitigation.

3. Commercial Enablement & Sales Partnership

  • Lead and manage a pre‑sales team providing end‑to‑end solutioning and commercial support to Sales and Account Management teams.
  • Partner closely with Sales to support deal structuring, customer engagements, pricing discussions, and timely contract renewals.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their operational and technical requirements, translating these needs into scalable, value‑adding solutions that are commercially viable and aligned with business objectives.

4. Stakeholder & Operational Alignment 

  • Partner cross‑functionally to deliver operationally viable solutions, provide end‑to‑end oversight of onboarding and billing workflows, and drive SLA‑based resolution of customer issues.

Skills & Experience

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in Ops Technology–enabled business development, solutioning, product management, or related roles.
  • Senior Manager candidates are typically expected to have 8–10 years of experience including leadership of teams and cross functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and present effectively to senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience shaping customer centric solutions and value propositions.
  • Proven leadership capability, including people management, decision making, and cross functional collaboration.
  • Ability to operate independently in a result driven environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
