Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop quality control measures to ensure compliance to company and authority requirements
  • Study data from quality control measures to determine effectiveness and suggest improvements where necessary
  • Shortlisting and nominating staff and company for airport, nationwide and global awards
  • Monitor and handles feedback cases to ensure accurate and timely respond
  • Analyse trends in feedback cases and propose initiatives to ensure continuous improvement
  • Lead and coach feedback management and quality control team
  • Execute special projects and ad-hoc tasks allocated by Head QMT

Skills & Experience

  • Degree from recognized Institutions/University and possess relevant work experience
  • At least 5 years of Lean Six Sigma experience with hands on experience in implementations, coaching and mentoring.
  • Possesses functional knowledge and management experience with quality, customer satisfaction systems and processes
  • Experience with developing and implementing quality data collection and reporting procedures
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate at all levels to maintain relationships and cooperation in pursuing organizational goals
  • Possesses abilities to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts to reach consensus around common goals
  • Good interpersonal skills and leadership skills
  • Any other ad-hoc duties that assigned
