Duties & Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for driving business transformation, productivity improvement and cost optimisation initiatives across Certis Aviation Security (CAS), while supporting key enterprise transformation programmes across the wider Certis Group.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Transformation Project Management

• Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams across different business functions for enterprise-wide transformation programmes and strategic initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, milestones, risks and benefits tracking.
• Prepare management updates, business cases for review. 
• Establish project plans, timelines, resource requirements and governance structures.
• Track project deliverables and ensure initiatives are completed within agreed timelines.

Business Process Improvement and Cost Optimisation

• Identify, evaluate and implement productivity enhancement and cost optimisation opportunities, including process improvements, manpower efficiencies and automation solutions. 
• Design and implement future-state workflows, operating models and technology-enabled solutions to eliminate inefficiencies and strengthen governance. 
• Quantify, monitor and report the financial and operational benefits realised from transformation and cost reduction initiatives. 
• Partner with business, operational and technology stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, adoption and sustainability of change initiatives. 
• Track and manage project benefits, ensuring targeted productivity improvements and cost savings are achieved and sustained.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, HR, Technology and other Corporate Functions.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and project working sessions.
• Influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes and ways of working.
• Present recommendations and project outcomes to management.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations Management, Information Systems or a related discipline. 
• At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in transformation project management, business process improvement, operational excellence, management consulting or cost optimisation. 
• Proven experience managing multiple projects or workstreams involving cross-functional stakeholders. 
• Practical experience in developing project plans, business cases, governance structures, management updates and benefits-tracking frameworks. 
• Experience in an operations-intensive environment, such as aviation, security, logistics, facilities management or other service operations, would be advantageous. 
• Project management or process-improvement certification, such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma or Agile, would be advantageous.
