Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and Facilitate Training Programs: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on leadership, team development, and other power skills, tailoring them to meet the unique needs of different teams and individuals.
  • Program Enhancement: Utilize training analytics to drive continuous improvement and enhance program effectiveness, implementing improvements based on insights gained from program evaluations.
  • Leadership Engagement Events: Collaborate with stakeholders to organize in-house leadership engagement events, overseeing the entire event lifecycle from planning to execution, and facilitating post-action learning sessions.
  • Cross Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with various departments to comprehend their learning needs and team-building objectives, then design and execute team-building events for various business units that align with organizational goals.
  • Performance Insights: Provide valuable insights into the impact of leadership and cultural programs on organizational performance, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes related to learning and development.
  • Culture Strategies: Plan and lead organization-wide culture strategies and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness while simultaneously driving transformative initiatives to build a purpose-driven organization.
  • Research and Innovation: Conduct research to identify and incorporate performance-building instruments and programs, while staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate in the realm of team and organizational effectiveness.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Education, or other related disciplines.
  • Experience (at least 7 years) designing, developing, and implementing effective cultural and leadership development programs that are practical, realistic, and produce measurable impact.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex, strategic ideas or concepts in a convincing and inspiring manner.
  • Excellent facilitation skills and a proven track record of delivering training programs.
  • Certification in WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP), Crucial Conversations, Multipliers, 7 Habits/Insight Colors, and other developmental tools will be an advantage.
