Duties & Responsibilities

  • Strategise, develop and execute the Group’s overall global content marketing strategy, engaging key target audiences such as partners, customers, employees and prospective employees to achieve positive outcomes, including pushing business growth and strengthening employer branding.
  • Conceptualise and deliver integrated content marketing campaigns across owned and paid online channels, including social media, digital advertising channels, owned/partner websites and other appropriate channels.
  • Drive and manage a compelling editorial strategy, creating and distributing relevant product and brand-related content to current and prospective customers through Certis corporate website, email marketing, digital advertising and other relevant channels.
  • Oversee Certis social media platforms (including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) across all markets, working closely with the market teams to craft compelling and engaging content.
  • Execute and manage paid campaigns across digital channels including social and search platforms.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of digital performance (social, website, search) and make actionable recommendations to optimise results.
  • Take a lead role in social media crisis management, including tracking and escalation of reputational threats, generation of reports and alerting relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with digital marketing lead to drive Certis website performance, with a focus on website information architecture and UI/UX implementation to drive conversions.
  • Manage the content marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
  • Provide counsel and direction to the market teams for content strategy across all digital assets.
  • Mentor and lead junior team members to achieve outcomes.

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in marketing, or related discipline with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with a talent to create engaging written content suitable for a B2B audience.
  • Digitally-savvy and currency in latest digital trends.
  • Familiar with digital / social media ads and formats, as well as web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript. Knowledge in other coding languages will be a bonus.
  • Proficient in digital data analytics, including usage of platform include Google Analytics, Search to gain insights.
  • Possesses creative spirit with an eye for detail.
  • Strong business acumen that can translate to creating effective marketing campaigns for lead generation.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in a second language will be a bonus.
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented and collaborative team player who knows what is needed to deliver results and outcomes.
