Duties & Responsibilities
- 24/7 Operations Command: Ability to oversee business-as-usual operations, especially during nights, weekends, and public holidays, ensuring continuity of operational activities.
- After-Hours Decision-Making: Strong judgement and decisiveness in managing operational issues, manpower gaps, and service disruptions with minimal senior escalation.
- Incident & Escalation Management: Competence in acting as the first line of command for incidents, security events, and service deviations, including timely escalation and coordination.
- Cross-Function Coordination: Ability to coordinate across various critical business functions such as Cash-in-transit and Cash Processing activities, including external stakeholders to resolve operational issues end-to-end.
- SOP & Compliance Enforcement: Strong discipline in enforcing SOPs, regulatory requirements, and security protocols, particularly during reduced-supervision periods.
- Manpower & Shift Management: Capability in managing shift coverage, last-minute roster adjustments, and on-call resources to sustain operations.
- Operational Risk Awareness: High situational awareness of operational and security risks, with the ability to implement immediate controls and mitigations.
- Reporting & Handover Discipline: Strong documentation skills to ensure accurate incident logging, shift reporting, and effective handover to day operations and senior management.
- Workplace Safety & Security Vigilance: Commitment to workplace safety and security, ensuring safe systems of work and prompt response to safety incidents during after-hours operations.
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Skills & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Individuals with demonstrated leadership qualities/relevant operational experience will be considered favorably.
- Effective team players with strong coordination skills
- Strong ability in resource planning, organization and implementation
- Able to multi‑task and perform well in a dynamic environment
- Strong computer literacy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work on 12‑hour rotating shifts
