Duties & Responsibilities

•    Handle incoming calls from internal and external stakeholders and respond to their needs in a timely manner
•    Manage the NOC inbox by actioning emails in a timely manner, archiving emails that have been action and handover emails not completed
•    Backfill coverage for all sick leave/calls
•    Process Ad-hoc guarding requests (Work Orders) and create ad-hoc rosters in the rostering system
•    Liaise with customers and resource contractors (RC) regarding security requirements and ensuring customer expectations are met on ad-hoc request
•    Monitor and manage Time & Attendance exceptions
•    Monitor and manage Welfare Checks and escalate as needed
•    Ensure incidents are reported and escalated to the relevant manager
•    Ensure positive interaction with all internal stakeholders such as State Operations Managers, Client Service Managers, Payroll and Billing

•    Participate in Shift Handover on shift change with NOC staff
•    Perform incidental National Patrol Response duties, as per business requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an operation/rostering environment
  • Recording information and report writing
  • Working in a team environment
  • Previous experience within a manpower provider would be advantageous.
  • General administration functions
