Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and review operational plans to enhance work procedures and service quality.
- Tabulate and monitor project schedules, ensuring compliance by Site Supervisors and workers.
- Coordinate and implement corrective actions for QHS issues.
- Provide guidance and support to Site Supervisors on operations and worker management.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of operations team members.
- Manage daily operations across multiple projects, assigning cleaning duties to meet schedules and performance standards.
- Facilitate cleaning operations using appropriate tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals to meet cleanliness standards.
- Adhere to RAs and Safe Work Procedures to mitigate workplace safety and health risks.
- Conduct KPI inspection audits and report on service delivery, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Validate and submit timesheets and monthly stock requisitions.
- Manage supervisors’ and workers’ performance, reporting to senior management.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum Diploma in Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in operations supervision, preferably in cleaning services, facilities management, or similar industries.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to monitor schedules and ensure timely delivery.
- Possess and demonstrates key customer service skills such as clear communication, positive attitude, pro-activeness, courtesy, helpfulness, speed and accuracy.
