Duties & Responsibilities
• Managing the supervisory team that is overseeing the 24/7 CIT operations at the Command Centre
• Monitor the day-to-day activities, managing the flow of information and reporting to management of issues arising from progress, quality and safety
• Manage Daily Cash Planning and Forecasting as well as to review forecasting model enhancements, improve accuracy and resiliency
• Collaborate with and manage relationships between stakeholders, partners and leadership to ensure key deliverables are met on time
• To ensure compliance to process/policies as stipulated in the respective Standard Operating Procedures/Job Breakdown Sheet
• Generate and provide operational deck and reports to stakeholders and partners
• Analysis of key data parameters to drive process changes where required
• Lead in the planning, organization and management of adhoc projects as assigned
Skills & Experience
• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree from reputable Polytechnic/university
• Candidates with experience in leadership positions (Commissioned Officer) will be considered favorably
• Strong team lead, communicator and stakeholder management
• Strong numerical, data analysis and process improvement skills
• Preferably possess good IT and project management knowledge and able to thrive in a technology driven environment
• Knowledge and experience managing Microsoft Power Platforms (Power App, Power BI, Power Automate) will be preferred
• Abilitiy to multi-task and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours and intense situations
• Strong ability in resource planning, organization & implementation
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management executives
