Duties & Responsibilities

  • Report daily responsibilities to the Project Manager.
  • Assist the Project Manager in ensuring project success by meeting KPIs and SLAs.
  • Oversee daily project operations, including but not limited to:
    • Client engagement
    • Resource planning and deployment
    • Developing and streamlining internal and external operational processes
    • Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations
  • Provide supervision and guidance to onsite supervisory team, including Operations Supervisors and Team Leaders.
  • Handle project administration and documentation.
  • Serve as the key liaison with the client’s operations stakeholders.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks such as project stand-in duties or service quality audits as assigned.

Skills & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Team player with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels.
  • Organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing a team across multiple locations.
