Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all maintenance operations across sites to ensure operational availability, fulfilment of service levels, and effective manpower planning.
- Develop, implement and continuously review maintenance standard operating procedures (SOPs), analyse failure trends, implement corrective actions, and optimise maintenance processes and resource utilisation.
- Manage equipment inventory, budgetary control, documentation records, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through regular performance reviews and effective engagement.
- Train, manage and develop staff under his/her charge to support operational excellence and service delivery.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in security CCTV/surveillance systems, access control systems or related field will be advantageous, with proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
- Degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines, with ITIL certification preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, planning, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management, experience working closely with project teams with long-term maintenance viability in mind, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of CCTV and IP Video Surveillance Systems, Video Management Systems (e.g. Hikvision, Milestone), Access Control Systems (e.g. Gallagher, Honeywell), PSIM Platforms, networking fundamentals, Windows Server and virtualization, and cybersecurity best practices for security systems.
- The role may require occasional standby/work outside normal office hours to support planned deployments, maintenance activities, and unforeseen operational requirements, in accordance with business needs.
