Working closely with security teams, you will ensure that robotic solutions align with real-world operational needs, security protocols, and regulatory standards. Your expertise will help Certis lead the charge in utilising AI-driven surveillance and autonomous technologies to transform the way security is managed, ensuring a future where robotics plays a crucial role in operational excellence. Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and implement seamless integration strategies for robotics solutions within security operations, enhancing workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with security personnel to align robotics solutions with real-world operational needs and security protocols.
- Develop and deliver training programs for security operators and teams on robotic systems, automation technologies, and new operational workflows.
- Conduct risk assessments for robotics deployments in security settings, identifying potential threats and proposing effective countermeasures.
- Drive process improvement initiatives that leverage robotics and automation technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of security operations.
- Ensure that the integration of AI-driven surveillance, autonomous patrolling, and other robotics technologies align with security standards and regulatory requirements.
Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in security technology deployment and robotics within security contexts, with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Experience with AI-based security systems, including autonomous patrolling and threat detection technologies.
- Strong understanding of security compliance, regulatory frameworks, and best practices for deploying robotics solutions in regulated environments.
- Ability to analyse security threats and propose innovative robotics-driven countermeasures.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both security personnel and technical teams, facilitating smooth collaboration and implementation.
