Duties & Responsibilities

•    Ensure the completeness of revenue collected daily from the motorist.
•    Ensure accurate monthly billing to client and payment to vendor.
•    Improve the Standard Operating Procedures as necessary to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
•    Ensure staff are adequately trained before deployment.
•    Ensure there are adequate levels of internal checks and audit within each checkpoints.
•    Responsible for actively listening, establishing rapport with clientele, vendors, and possess overall relationship building with all personnel – internally and externally.

Skills & Experience

•    Comfortable in working in a dynamic manpower environment
•    At least a recognised degree with at least 5 years of working experience in the field of manpower operations with supervisory experience.
•    well-versed in Operations and Customer Service.
•    prepared to work at and commute between the Checkpoints and various sites.
