Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide support to customer queries/ feedback on products, services and prevailing promotions.
• Facilitate access for customer to their safe deposit box
• Onboarding and Offboarding of customers including handling of payments
• Handle ad hoc duties as and when required

Skills & Experience

• At least an O-Level
• At least 1 year of working experience in customer service environment
• Strong communication skills
• Fast learner, adaptable, able to multi-task and meticulous
• Self-motivated and with a drive for continuous improvement
