Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide support to customer queries/ feedback on products, services and prevailing promotions.
- Facilitate access for customer to their safe deposit box
- Onboarding and Offboarding of customers including handling of payments
- Handle ad hoc duties as and when required
Skills & Experience
- At least an O-Level
- At least 1 year of working experience in customer service environment
- Strong communication skills
- Fast learner, adaptable, able to multi-task and meticulous
- Self-motivated and with a drive for continuous improvement
