Duties & Responsibilities
- Deployment Planning and Execution: Develop and oversee deployment schedules to ensure efficient execution.
- Officer Performance Supervision: Monitor, evaluate, and enforce discipline to enhance security officers' performance.
- New Officer Onboarding: Facilitate induction processes for new officers, equipping them with essential knowledge and skills.
- Team Guidance and Training: Provide support to security officers through counseling and guidance for personal and professional growth.
- Complaint and Incident Management: Handle complaints and incidents, preparing comprehensive reports for resolution and closure.
- Site Inspections and Event Participation: Conduct site inspections and actively participate in client events to uphold the security service's reputation and ensure efficient and smooth operations at client premises.
- Operational Support: Provide operational support by standing in duty posts when required to maintain continuous service.
Skills & Experience
- Ideal candidates should possess robust supervisory experience, particularly within the uniformed services or in managing security functions, whether in-house or externally.
- Holding a certification as a Security Supervisor or Senior Security Supervisor is considered a valuable asset.
- Strong writing skills are essential for the preparation of reports and documentation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Candidates should consistently demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism, upholding the industry's standards.
- Prospective candidates must be prepared to respond to operational requirements beyond standard office hours, including weekends and public holidays.
