Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire lifecycle of security solution development, from concept to implementation. 
  • Actively involved in solution and development activities, including site surveys, engagement with potential clients, solution proposal development, and documentation. 
  • Play a pivotal role in cross-functional projects, encompassing the creation of project plans, budgeting, scheduling, issue management, implementation, and progress reporting. 
  • Provide support to various sales and operations teams for effective customer management. 
  • Possess a deep understanding of customer businesses and devise creative solutions and services to meet their specific needs. 
  • Exhibit expertise in Built Environment technologies and apply this knowledge to tailor solutions for customers. 
  • Develop and execute strategies for launching new products and services. 
  • Conduct reviews of existing business solutions and models to enhance our service offerings. 

Skills & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or an equivalent field.  
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience for Degree holders or 6 years of working experience for Diploma holders in Security Operations or Business Development.  
  • Preferred knowledge in applied technologies such as Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Video Analytics, and other technologies in operational environments.  
  • Experience in stakeholder and/or project management.  
  • Possess a customer-centric mindset and enjoy building client relationships. 
  • A self-driven and results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and excel in a dynamic environment.  
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills are advantageous.  
  • A creative, analytical, and passionate individual.
