Duties & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify operational gaps, resolve day‑to‑day HR issues, and support continuous process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of employee data and approver matrices.
  • Provide end‑to‑end support for employee onboarding processes.
  • Manage de‑kit and offboarding processes, ensuring all exit formalities are completed in a timely manner.
  • Prepare HR reports and perform data analysis to support operational and management needs.
  • Track and ensure timely processing of employee welfare benefits, including newborn gifts.
  • Respond to employee and business queries in accordance with HR standard operating procedures, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent, preferably in Human Resource Management
  • Preferably with 2 – 3 years of HR or Administrative experience
  • Sound knowledge of Employment Act and government agencies regulations
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Matured and independent team player, self-motivated and creative with problem-solving skills
  • Service-oriented mindset coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills
