Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle on-boarding and off-boarding related matters of employees
  • Respond to payroll related queries
  • Provide advice and consultation on HR matters
  • Assisting staff with external course applications
  • Oversee work injury claim administration process
  • Prepare monthly HR reports
  • Initiate and participate in improvement HR projects for processes and systems when required
  • Coordinate staff engagement events and appreciation events like EXSA, Long Service Award, etc
  • Provide support to Line-HR function within Certis CISCO Secure Logistics
  • Any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline, with 2–3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.

  • Fresh graduates with a keen interest in HR are welcome to apply.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude and confidence in engaging with stakeholders.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Prior experience in an operations or shared services setting will be an added advantage.
