Duties & Responsibilities

•    Ensure business unit comply with all regulatory requirements (eg MOM, PLRD, Personal Data Protection etc).
•    Ensure ground compliance of SOP/directives
•    Undertake any other compliance or audit projects / tasks assigned 
•    Provide advice to business unit in relation to any new project/assignment undertaken in the area of risk and mitigation.
•    Promote risk and compliance culture and raise awareness across business unit
•    WSH champion for business unit and promote safe working environment
•    Review and advise on security measures and controls for operations/processes
•    Assist Head of Department (HOD) in implementing and maintaining Integrated Assurance Framework (IAF) for business unit and developing Monthly/Quarterly IAF dashboard.
•    Undertake any other risk management or audit projects / tasks assigned 

Skills & Experience

  • Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Law or related fields
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in compliance / risk management /internal controls / internal audit
  • Entry level candidates who are keen are welcome to apply as well
  • Ability to take a holistic view on issues faced, possessing strong analytical, financial and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, possess ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) skills.
