Duties & Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the review, design and implementation of talent development programmes (e.g. Management Associate programme, Hi-Potential framework) to develop the pipeline of talent aligned with Certis’ business needs.
  • Facilitates career and developmental conversations, developing and implementing highly effective intervention programmes, including talent mobility, progression and mentorship/coaching programmes by working closely with the HRBPs, People Managers and Employees.
  • Consults and performs follow through on all phases of talent management such as potential assessment, talent pipeline, selection processes and developmental planning. This includes gathering and analysing talent related data and preparation of materials to support Group level moderations and discussions.
  • Supports capability development project e.g. Skills Taxonomy and Communities of Practice and link the deliverables to business outcomes.
  • Sustains culture related projects by assisting to drive processes, people, systems, and teams to support the desired organisational culture.
  • Works closely with CCU to co-create appropriate L&D initiatives based on training needs analysis and upskilling of the workforce.
  • Executes the External course sponsorship policy and revises policies relating to talent management, ensuring they are relevant, clear, and effectively implemented.
  • Work on proposals based on data driven insights to support interventions for Management’s review.

Skills & Experience

  • Degree with 1-3 years of experience in HR, with experience in talent management, talent mobility and learning and development; including the administration of HR systems across these areas. Fresh grads with keen interest in HR are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage employees, People Managers and HR Business Partners in a professional manner.
  • Takes initiative and works independently, exercising good judgment in problem solving and keeps team members / stakeholders adequately informed on different project milestones.
  • Is organised, and has the ability to prioritise and plan multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates analytical capabilities, a process improvement mentality and the ability to influence others with data-driven recommendations.
