Duties & Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate and driven Operations Technology Development Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a background in software development who are eager to apply their technical skills to improve business operations. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing technology solutions that streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Tech Development & Automation

• Build and maintain software tools, scripts, and dashboards to support operations.
• Automate manual and repetitive processes using code or low-code platforms.
• Participate in end-to-end software development, including testing and deployment.
• Assist in integrating systems and ensuring smooth data flow across platforms.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop and execute UAT plans and test cases based on business requirements.
• Identify and track bugs or issues during the QA process.
• Communicate testing scope and updates with stakeholders.
• Ensure system changes maintain data accuracy and process integrity.

Project Support & Documentation

• Support project planning and coordination to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Create and update technical documentation and process workflows.
• Assist in stakeholder communication and status reporting.
• Contribute ideas for continuous process and system improvement.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid foundation in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus.
• Knowledge of APIs, web development, or automation tools is an added advantage.
