Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as a technology business partner to Group HR and Certis Cisco University, understanding user needs and system requirements.
- Lead and execute Change Requests activities, including business process discussions, detailed analysis, solution design, development/configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment.
- Drive system enhancements, process improvements, and contribute to strategic initiatives that improve SAP HCM capabilities.
- Work closely with business partners to identify pain points and areas for improvement within SAP HCM applications.
- Ensure compliance with audit and cybersecurity requirements, supporting related queries proactively.
- Manage external vendors to ensure adherence to SLAs, timely issue resolution, and high-quality service delivery.
- Provide application support to end users, including troubleshooting, timely updates, and constructive communication.
- Report to and support the AVP, Deputy Head, ES in managing team operations and ensuring high-quality service delivery across the team.
- Mentor team members on solution design, troubleshooting, and best practices, building capability and ownership within the team.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading or managing an SAP support or functional/technical team.
- Hands-on operational oversight with strong collaboration across internal stakeholders.
- Implementation and/or support experience in HCM modules, including:
- SuccessFactors EC/ECP
- SAP ECC 6.0 Time Management and Payroll
- Hands-on experience with Time/Payroll schemas and personnel calculation rules is preferred.
- Recognized Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Demonstrated team leadership with strong writing, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Independent, resourceful, and able to perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
