Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and execute Change Request activities, including requirement gathering, business process discussions, detailed analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment in coordination with developers and vendors.
- Provide application support to end users in troubleshooting and resolution of issues, ensuring timely updates and clear, constructive communication.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR users, and cross-functional teams to understand system functionality, analyze pain points, and recommend process or system improvements.
- Participate in implementation and sustainment initiatives, supporting continuous system enhancement and operational stability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system changes, configurations, and support procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance with company standards.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 8 years of SAP HCM implementation or support experience, with hands-on exposure to Payroll and/or Time Management.
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM processes and Singapore statutory requirements; familiarity with other countries is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, functional and configuration skills in SAP HCM modules, preferably Payroll and Time Management.
- Able to perform basic ABAP debugging and log analysis in collaboration with developers.
- Experience supporting integrations between SAP and external application
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document clearly, collaborate effectively across teams, and work independently under minimal supervision.
