Duties & Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert for SAP SD and MM modules, ensuring reliable system performance, seamless integration, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze and optimize order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes; translate business requirements into functional specifications, system configurations, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Lead or support SAP projects (implementations, enhancements, upgrades) with accountability for timelines, budgets, scope, and risk management.
  • Provide timely resolution of SD/MM-related issues in line with SLAs; manage minor change requests and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation; ensure all changes comply with change management, cybersecurity, and audit requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business units and SAP technical teams, driving alignment and stakeholder engagement.

Skills & Experience

  • 6–8+ years of hands-on SAP experience with strong configuration and process knowledge in SD and MM (CS exposure is a plus).
  • Proven track record in SAP implementation and enhancement projects within complex, multi-country environments.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end processes—order management, procurement, logistics, commissions, tagging, and after-sales service.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills; excellent communication across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field; familiarity with SAP Fiori, S/4HANA, or AI-driven integrations is advantageous.
