Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the SAP SD/MM/CS SME, ensuring reliable system performance, seamless integration, and alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze and optimize business processes, translating requirements into functional specifications, system configurations, test scripts, and training materials.
- Lead or support SAP projects, including implementations, enhancements, and upgrades, managing timelines, budgets, scope, and risks.
- Provide end-user support, ensuring timely resolution of issues in line with SLAs, and handle minor change requests.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure all changes comply with change management, cyber security, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, serving as the primary liaison between business units and SAP technical teams.
Skills & Experience
- 6–8+ years of hands-on SAP experience with strong expertise in SD, MM, and CS modules, including configuration and process knowledge.
- Proven track record in SAP implementation and enhancement projects within complex, multi-country business environments.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end processes: order management, procurement, logistics, commissions, tagging, and after-sales service.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field; familiarity with SAP Fiori, S/4HANA, or AI-driven integrations is a plus.
