Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, management, and execution of Change Requests, covering business requirement workshops, solution design, system configuration, testing, training, data migration, documentation, and deployment.
  • Participate actively in SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
  • Manage sustainment activities, including system enhancements, end-user support, and application upgrades. Maintain solution documentation in line with evolving business needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Service Order teams, and third-party software vendors to ensure seamless integration and end-to-end process optimization.
  • Support regional rollouts and initiatives in APAC (Australia, Qatar), including occasional travel to ensure successful implementations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure all solutions comply with internal controls, regulatory standards, and SAP best practices. Proactively identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven contributor in at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Private or Public) implementations across multi-regional organizations, covering Finance, Quote-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
  • Minimum 4 full-cycle SAP rollouts across Finance and integrated modules.
  • At least 4 years of operational support experience in SAP Finance.
  • Deep expertise in SAP FICO sub-modules:
    • General Ledger with Document Splitting
    • Accounts Payable with Payment Integration
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Bank Accounting with Automatic Reconciliation
    • Fixed Asset Accounting (New Asset Accounting)
    • Cost and Profit Center Accounting
  • Experience maintaining FICO authorization roles (PFCG) is required.
  • Exposure to Project System, Margin Analysis, and Embedded Analytics is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of integration with SD, MM, and Service Order modules.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, regional environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or a related field.
