Duties & Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the aviation ecosystem.
- Build relationships with airlines, MRO providers, aerospace manufacturers, airport operators, and aviation technology companies.
- Generate leads, prepare proposals, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research on aviation industry trends, talent demand, and workforce challenges.
2. Strategic Partnerships
- Establish partnerships with industry stakeholders, government agencies, training institutions, and aviation associations.
- Collaborate with Sales team and customers to understand workforce requirements and operational challenges.
3. Market Intelligence
- Monitor developments in aviation MRO, aerospace manufacturing, sustainable aviation technologies, and emerging aviation sectors.
- Analyze competitor activities and industry trends.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to management.
Skills & Experience
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in aviation, aerospace, staffing, workforce solutions, or business development.
- Experience working with airlines, MROs, aerospace manufacturers, or aviation service providers is preferred.
Skills
- Strong business development and account management capabilities.
- Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of aviation industry trends and regulations.
- Strong presentation, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
