Duties & Responsibilities

  • Strategise, develop and execute the Group’s overall global digital marketing and content strategy to engage target audience and drive positive outcomes, including pushing business growth and strengthening employer branding
  • Conceptualise and deliver integrated digital campaigns across digital channels including social media and websites
  • Oversee global social media platforms (including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and craft compelling content to engage target audience
  • Execute and manage paid campaigns across digital channels including social and search platforms
  • Conduct detailed analyses of digital performance (social, website, search) and make actionable recommendations to optimise results
  • Take a leading role in social media crisis management, including tracking and escalation of reputational threats, generation of reports and alerting relevant stakeholders
  • Oversee and direct website marketing strategy, including UI/UX implementation to drive conversions
  • Plan the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels
  • Provide counsel and direction for group digital assets including mobile apps and web portals
  • Mentor and lead digital team members to achieve outcomes

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in marketing, or related discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience
  • Digitally savvy and familiar with digital / social media ads and formats
  • Proficient in digital data analytics, including usage of platforms include Google Analytics, Search to gain insights
  • Familiar with web technologies such as HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Experience in managing a digital team
  • Possesses creative spirit with an eye for detail
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented and collaborative team player who knows what is needed to deliver results and outcomes
