Duties & Responsibilities

As the Senior Manager of Partnerships & Research in our AI Development Group, you will shape the strategic direction and execution of AI-driven initiatives, leading the rapid prototyping, development, and seamless integration of cutting-edge AI capabilities. This pivotal role will embed AI at the core of Certis' innovation and operational strategies, enhancing security, automation, and efficiency across technology platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the rapid prototyping of AI solutions to enhance Certis' offerings and operational capabilities.
• Oversee the development of scalable, reusable AI modules/services, ensuring efficiency and agility for future projects.
• Guide AI projects from ideation to deployment, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration into Certis' ecosystem.
• Drive AI adoption across existing and future Certis technology platforms to improve security, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with software development teams and business users to explore, productize, and implement AI capabilities.
• Develop and manage relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, institutes of higher learning, commercial vendors, and government agencies.
• Ensure all AI solutions align with industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and data privacy requirements.
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements by researching and reporting on emerging technologies, techniques, and solutions.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in IT solution development or driving technological innovation in organizations.

• Strong background in Python programming, AWS services, cloud-based AI deployment, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with AI/ML model lifecycle management, cybersecurity best practices, containerization, and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in systems engineering and systems thinking; design thinking is a plus.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex AI projects.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Passionate about solving complex problems and driving impactful AI solutions.
