Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for HRIS (HR Information System) roadmap and implementation.
- Perform the role of a Project Manager for process digitalisation initiated by Group HR to transform H2E processes and Employee Experience, and ensure that related projects are aligned to the overarching Group HR vision and directions.
- Be an Integrator to project-manage, working closely with IT, Subject Matter Experts, Process Owners, Shared Service Centre and other relevant stakeholders.
- Analyse business requirements and propose solutions in support of process digitalisation strategy.
- Execute full Software Development Life Cycle projects as HR Lead.
- Maintain process documentation for HR processes and tasks.
- Develop and lead analytics strategy to proactively provide the necessary data and insights to support business
Skills & Experience
- Degree with at least 8 -10 year experience with proven implementation of HR systems and HR digitalisation projects.
- Sound understanding of overall HR functional areas and HR business processes with a keen passion to re-engineer work processes to optimise efficiency.
- Knowledge of SAP or other equivalent HRIS such as Peoplesoft, Oracle, Workday is essential.
- Passion to drive continuous process improvement and raise standards of HR delivery and performance with the use of technology.
- Experience and track record in HR data analytics preferred.
