Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate processing of weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll for the company

Ensure all monthly or adhoc payments and deductions are correctly updated into the payroll system

Ensure prompt statutory submissions and payments and annual tax filling for the company such as IR21 and IR8A
-
Ensure prompt and accurate processing of government claims, eg.NS reservist claims,
-
Handle payroll audit and liaison with internal and external auditors

Manage queries from employees, Business HR and Finance

Assist in user acceptance testing for system fix/ enhancement
Skills & Experience
Requirement:
-
Minimum Diploma in HR Management or Business related discipline
-
2 - 3years of relevant experience
-
Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and statutory submissions such as IR21 tax submission

Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
-
Able to meet deadline, meticulous and accurate
-
Excellent customer service skills
-
Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
-
Knowledge of SAP Payroll is a must
