Duties & Responsibilities

•    Responsible for the full cycle of solution development to solution implementation
•    An active stakeholder of the solution & development work including development proposals and standard operation procedure in line with Certis strategy and vision
•    A key stakeholder in cross functional projects, including the development of project plans, budget, scheduling, issue management, implementation and progress reporting.
•    Support various sales and operations teams in customer management
•    Understand customer businesses and develop creative solution/services that address their needs
•    Bear familiar with relevant technologies and applied in solution development to provide a customized solution for customer
•    Develop and implement strategies for new products and services
•    Review existing business solutions and models, to enhance service offerings



Skills & Experience

•    Degree in Engineering, Project & Facilities Management or equivalent
•    Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management/Security projects and/or operations
•    Preferred knowledge in – Physical security & access controls, CMMS, biometrics, video surveillance and enforcement solutions, video content analytics, internet of things and sensors, sensor network and gateway, smart cities platform & command center
•    Internal and External stakeholder’s management
•    Possess a customer-centric mindset and enjoy fostering clientele relationship
•    Self-driven and results-oriented individual with ability to function independently and excel in a dynamic environment
•    Flair in written communication and presentation skills would be advantageous
•    Creative, analytic and passionate persona
