Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end RPA workflows and integration recipes using Automation Anywhere (A360) and Workato based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather, clarify, and document process requirements, identifying automation opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into clear, structured specifications for vendor execution.
  • Review and validate vendor-developed bots and recipes to ensure functional accuracy, performance efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
  • Manage testing activities, including preparing test scenarios and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Respond to business-as-usual (BAU) issues and change requests by coordinating fixes and enhancements with vendors.

Skills & Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) and/or Workato, including designing automation solutions.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Experience working directly with business users to understand needs and validate solutions.
