Duties & Responsibilities
Housing Assessment Support
• Validate housing assessment reports submitted by assessors on daily basis to ensure they are complete and accurate.
• Liaise with respective line HRs for non-compliance cases within the SLA
• Maintain and keep all housing assessment records up to date.
• Prepare and distribute the monthly assessment list to assessors
• Prepare and consolidate monthly housing assessment reports and summaries for business unit
• Support billing processes related to housing inspections.
Lodging and Contract Management
• Manage and process lodging-related forms, agreements and contracts
• Keep track and update all lease units and tenants records.
• Handle utility account applications and closures.
General Administrative Support
• Support the sourcing of training providers, booking of venues, and course registration for employees.
• Submit training applications for new and current staff; track progress and process invoices.
• Arrange hotel booking, purchase air tickets as required
• Track and monitor monthly departmental expenses related to lodging, PPE, pantry supplies, fuel, and handling costs
• Review invoices not requiring purchase requests.
• Purchase office and event-related items as needed.
• Monitor pantry supplies and arrange for restocking.
Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details.
- Meticulous and process oriented.
