Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily job assignment with the Engineers/Vendors/Contractors
- Validate project information, ensure it is accurate in the revenue forecast and compliant to the policies
- Perform updates in SAP sales order and service order upon completion of the project
- Perform stock check, raise purchase requisition and follow up on delivery status
- Generate equipment issuance to Engineers/Contractors
- Follow up with Engineers/Vendors/Contractors to report on project status
- Prepare month end reports for periodic review meetings
- Schedule appointment with customers for installation works
- Perform any other tasks as assigned
Skills & Experience
- Diploma graduates / ITE / O levels are welcome to apply
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in project management/maintenance environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel (Intermediate level)
- Knowledge of SAP and ITSM tools is advantageous
- Result-oriented with good interpersonal skills, strong problem solving skill, meticulous, proactive and resourceful
