Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform full cycle of recruitment process for contract staffing and permanent placements.
  • Assess hiring requirements and accurately match the job within the given timeline.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the management to establish hiring plans and deliver creative solutions for the better outcome.
  • Participate in career fairs and maintain good rapport with the partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and gather market intelligence to remain competitive.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimally a diploma or degree from a recognised institution
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR related field.
  • Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to express ideas clearly in verbal and written format.
  • Adaptable and agile to fit in fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Highly driven and proactive team player.
  • A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
  • Having basic CEI certification would be advantageous.
