Duties & Responsibilities

  • Read manual / lesson plan for the respective weapon
  • Prepare the classroom
  • Deliver the lesson
  • Organise and Supervise auxiliary trainers in the conduct of hands-on training
  • Conduct of AAR and summarise the lesson

Skills & Experience

  • Ex-Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) personnel.
  • Must hold a minimum rank of Master Sergeant or higher
  • Versed in SAF Authorised Operating Materials (AOMs) and Army Safety Management.
  • Possess good communication skills.
